I’ve been drinking this every morning for years. I think it’s a great amount of fruit and veggies. I’m a huge component to eating fruit first thing in the mornings. It has drastically helped my digestion!
I’ll sometimes add collagen protein if I had a hard work out to help fuel me. Spirulina has TONS of health benefits, and is actually a protein itself. It’s full of antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory effects on the body. Best part - you can’t taste it!
