oh my gosh. hi!
First off—I am so happy you are here. You may be here because you want to learn how to eat better. Maybe you want to feel more confident in the kitchen. Or maybe you’re simply ready to feel better in your body. Whatever brought you here, I’m here to help you live better.
Like so many people, I once felt overwhelmed by all the “fad” diets and quick fixes. I tried most of them, searching for the right answer—but never finding something that truly worked long-term. That’s when I decided to take a deeper, more holistic approach to health.
My journey led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a Holistic Health Coach. From there, I continued my education through the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and through Restorative Wellness Solutions, where I earned my Level 1 certification in gut health.
Today, I combine science-based nutrition, functional wellness & testing, and real-life strategies to help my clients feel energized, balanced, and confident in their health. I believe true wellness isn’t about restriction—it’s about nourishment, education, and sustainable habits that support your lifestyle.
My passion is helping you reconnect with your body, understand what it truly needs, and create a way of living that feels good—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
everything you need is already within you.
I heard this quote many times, but it took years to truly find and become who I wanted to be. After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in communication from Azusa Pacific University, I headed straight into the hospitality industry. I worked as a General Manager of a busy quick service restaurant chain, became a corporate trainer, and traveled all over the country opening up new stores. My entrepreneurship spirit blossomed and I focused on my dream of becoming a business owner in this restaurant chain.
My dream was drastically cut short and the door closed in 2017. I left the restaurant industry, and spent two years in a tech company before coming back to work at the same chain. I felt as if maybe I wasn’t finished yet, as I still had an innate desire to serve others and own my own business. It wasn’t until 2020 I realized my true passion - the health and wellness industry. My journey to discovering this was not easy, but it was worth it - and that is where Markham Method was born.
LET’S GET STARTED
MY APPROACH
My approach is rooted in whole-body wellness—supporting you mentally, physically, and emotionally so you can feel your best from the inside out.
I believe that “healthy” looks different for everyone. Your body, lifestyle, history, and goals are unique, which means your wellness plan should be too. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Through my education in holistic nutrition and functional wellness, I’ve studied hundreds of nutritional theories and therapeutic approaches. This allows me to look beyond surface-level symptoms and identify what may truly be impacting your health.
When appropriate, I also offer advanced functional testing, including GI-MAP stool testing, to gain deeper insight into your gut health, digestion, immune function, and microbiome. This data-driven approach helps us move from guessing to understanding—so we can create a more precise and effective plan for your body.
Together, we’ll take a deep, personalized look at your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and internal health. You’ll learn how to nourish yourself in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and aligned with your life.
My goal is for you to leave our work together with clarity, confidence, and the tools to support your long-term wellness—knowing exactly what “healthy” means for your body.
WHAT TO DO
Being in LA for over 7 years I have realized how this industry is inundated with how to eat, when to eat it, HOW to eat it, and what not to eat. It’s very overwhelming. With me, we aren’t going to use the word don’t - we are going to to use the word DO.
HOW TO DO IT
I don’t believe in restrictive diets, or “crash dieting”. There are many other things to be stressed about in our day to day lives, we do not need to be stressed about food. If you find yourself often stressed about food, I can help you to become empowered, confident, and knowledgable about the food you eat, and it will become second nature to you!
