Like so many people, I once felt overwhelmed by all the “fad” diets and quick fixes. I tried most of them, searching for the right answer—but never finding something that truly worked long-term. That’s when I decided to take a deeper, more holistic approach to health. My journey led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a Holistic Health Coach. From there, I continued my education through the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and through Restorative Wellness Solutions, where I earned my Level 1 certification in gut health.
